Jinko 510W Tiger Neo N-type bifacial solar panel – 54HL4M-BDV, monocrystalline Jinko 510W Tiger Neo N-type bifacial solar panel – 54HL4M-BDV is a high-efficiency module designed for long-lasting operation and stable energy generation. The module uses N-type cells with TOPCon technology, which minimizes LID/LeTID losses. It has a double-sided design with double glass, which allows energy production on both sides of the panel and increases the total power output under optimal conditions. This panel has a long-term production and power warranty. The manufacturer provides a linear warranty with an annual degradation of about 0.40%. In addition, the panel withstands significant load stresses: maximum static load at the front 5,400 Pa and at the rear 2,400 Pa. N-Type technology N-type modules with Tunnel Oxide Passivation Contacts (TOPCon) technology offer lower LID/LeTID degradation and better low-light performance. HOT 3.0 technology N-type modules with JinkoSolar’s HOT 3.0 technology offer better reliability and efficiency. Resistance to extreme conditions High resistance to salt spray and ammonia. Improved mechanical load Certified to withstand: Maximum static test load front 6000 Pa Maximum static test load rear 4000 Pa SMBB technology Better light capture and energy harvesting to improve module power and reliability. Anti-PID Minimizes the likelihood of degradation caused by PID phenomena by optimizing cell manufacturing technology and materials control. Module features The model consists of 108 cells (54 × 2) and has dimensions of 1961 × 1134 × 30 mm.The glass is 2 mm thick on the front and back (heat-strengthened glass), the frame is anodized aluminum. The maximum operating voltage (Voc) and operating current (Isc) are tailored to the application in systems up to 1500 V. Advantages of double-sided design The double-sided design allows for light capture from reflections from the ground or surrounding surfaces, contributing to additional energy yield under the right conditions. This feature increases the overall efficiency of the panel, resulting in a lower LCOE (Lifetime Cost of Energy). The improved yield is especially noticeable when sizing systems with limited area.Bifacial panels are preferred for roof and facade installations where reflections from the surrounding area can be utilized. Durability and reliability The design is resistant to corrosive environments, including salt mist and ammonia, making it suitable for coastal areas. The module is certified according to IEC61215 and IEC61730 standards, which guarantees quality and safety for long-term operation.Anti-PID technology minimizes degradation caused by potential differences, preserving performance over the years.Additionally, annual degradation is limited to 0.40% under warranty conditions. Jinko Solar is the first company to create “vertically integrated” production capacity. It has a total of 14 global manufacturing bases in China, USA, Malaysia and Vietnam. As of the fourth quarter of 2024, the company’s effective production capacity of monocrystalline silicon wafers, cells and modules reached 2022GW, 65GW and 55GW, respectively. Jinko Solar has more than 70 R&D and technical staff and has won many honors such as “National Enterprise Technology Center”, “National Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprise”, “Champion of manufacturing” and has formulated many international and domestic industry standards such as IEC. Jinko Solar is constantly expanding the diverse application scenarios of photovoltaic technology, including building-integrated systems, photovoltaic hydrogen production, energy storage and other areas.
