Trapeasy® – Kit of Parts With the benefits of no on-site cutting, no surplus materials and easy on-site handling, our ‘Kit of Parts’ option offers a huge saving in labour costs over traditional installation methods. OPTION DETAILS. With the ‘KIT OF PARTS’ option you simply send us the details of the trapeze you want to produce and we will compile a complete list of all the component parts required. All channel and threaded rod is pre-cut to your specified sizes and delivered together with the exact amount of fixings required for that support. METHOD OF SUPPLY. Trapezes will be delivered un-assembled with all fixings required. Channel and Threaded Rod is cut to size, deburred, regalved and ready to use. Available in various Threaded Rod options and a choice of either deep or shallow Channel. All the pre-cut channel and threaded rod ends are deburred and sprayed with galvanising paint. All channel used will be from our tested MX channel system. All Threaded rod used will meet DIN 976-1 Gr4.8 ZP. Please contact the sales office for more details.
