Battery RITAR Electric Vehicle 12V/150Ah RITAR Electric Vehicle 12V/150Ah (EV12-150S) battery is designed specifically for electric vehicles and applications with frequent deep discharges. It uses VRLA (Valve Regulated Lead Acid) lead-acid technology and offers a capacity of 150Ah at a 20-hour discharge cycle to 1.75V per cell at 25°C. Its stable 12V voltage, combined with low internal resistance (≤4.0 mΩ), makes it an excellent choice for high-stress environments and professional applications. The battery withstands a maximum discharge current of up to 1500A for 5 seconds, and its normal operating temperature range is from –20°C to 60°C. The housing is made of durable ABS material (UL94-V0 option) and is equipped with F10 terminals type M8. Its weight is about 41 kg. With proper operation and maintenance, the battery provides a long service life, thanks to the specially designed active mass, the strong grid and the thickened plates. Fast charging capabilities and temperature resistance The battery supports a maximum charging current of up to 45A and is optimized for fast charging with a cyclic voltage of 14.6–14.8V at 25°C. It operates over a wide temperature range – both during charging (0 to 50°C) and during storage (–20 to 60°C). It has temperature compensation for charging, which prevents overcharging or undercharging during sudden changes in climate. Long service life and durability in cyclic operation The EV series is designed with a focus on high cyclic capacity. The cycle life vs. depth of discharge graph shows that at 50% DOD, over 1200 cycles can be achieved. The battery reaches 95% of its capacity after the first cycle and 100% after the third, making it ready for real use almost immediately after charging.
