Description There are two types of Steel Shot Round – low and high carbon. Low-Carbon Steel Shot Round is produced by a melting process and subsequently reshaped into spherical grain particles. The low carbon content ensures great toughness, which is crucial for a long service life. High Carbon Steel Shot is produced by a melting process and subsequently reshaped into spherical grain particles. Due to the hardness of the new grain, high cleaning intensity is achieved from the start. High-carbon steel shot round is a very powerful abrasive for the surface treatment of metallic products. In contrast to low carbon steel shot round, this product has a higher beam intensity and thus enables faster working. Applications: Reusable Abrasive, Descaling, Sand Removal, Paint Stripping, Shot Peening and Surface Preparation, Deburring and Finishing.
