Industrial battery DYNESS DH200Y – 232kWh Industrial battery DYNESS DH200Y – 232kWh is a high-voltage ESS system with unique liquid cooling. The model is designed for commercial and industrial applications, providing optimal energy management. It operates at voltages up to DC1000V and offers integrated protection and management via EMS/BMS. The use of LiFePO₄ cells guarantees stability and long service life, and the compact design reduces the volume of space, maintaining a high energy density of 147kWh/m² . The battery includes PACK, PCS, PDU, EMS/BMS, three-stage fire protection system and air conditioning. The IP65 protection class and C5 corrosion standard make it resistant for outdoor installation . Intelligent control maintains a temperature difference of less than 3°C in the cluster through liquid cooling, ensuring efficiency and durability. Scalability and extensibility DYNESS DH200Y allows connection of up to 10 modules in parallel configuration. This provides capacity up to 2.3MWh, without loss of efficiency when upgrading . Pre-prepared AC and DC connection interfaces facilitate future expansion without interruption of operation. Intelligent cooling and control The system uses intelligent liquid cooling for cells and air cooling for PCS. This reduces the temperature difference to less than 3°C . This reduces thermal load and extends the life of components even during intensive operation. Safety and reliability DH200Y is equipped with pressure sensors, three-stage fire protection and explosion safety. An active ejection and emergency stop system is built in. Control and monitoring are carried out via EMS, CAN/Ethernet/4G communications.
