Industrial battery Kstar BC100DE – 102.4kWh Industrial Battery Kstar BC100DE – 102.4kWh is an all-in-one AC/DC ESS system for small and medium commercial and industrial environments. It combines LFP (LiFePO₄) battery modules with a capacity of 102.4kWh, an integrated inverter and a built-in BMS/EMS. The system is mounted in an IP54 high-protection cabinet, designed for outdoor installation and resistance to temperatures from –30°C to 50°C and humidity up to 95% . Its compact size (1100×1100×2380mm) and weight of about 1500kg make it easy to install without the need for additional equipment. The system also includes intelligent cooling via an HVAC module, which ensures optimal temperature inside the cabinet, even in extreme weather conditions. This extends the life of the cells and increases overall efficiency. The monolithic construction includes dual fire protection, 1 1 redundancy configuration and integrated BMS/EMS modules for remote monitoring and control . Kstar BC100DE supports both On-Grid and Off-Grid modes, with the ability to parallel connect up to 20 systems, for a total capacity of up to 2.048MWh and power up to 1MW. Integrated inverter KAC50DP The integrated inverter KAC50DP converts DC from the battery to AC with a power output of 50kW and peak power of 55kVA. It supports an input voltage range of 350V to 800V and up to three independent MPPT trackers. With a maximum efficiency of 97.5%, the KAC50DP ensures optimal utilization of PV sources and reduces losses. The inverter has an IP65 protection class and is equipped with intelligent air cooling, protection against overheating, overvoltage, reverse polarity and guarantees stable operation. It is compatible with the EMS module for automatic control and optimization of energy flows. Flexibility and expandability of Kstar industrial battery The Kstar BC100DE system supports a parallel configuration of up to 20 devices, allowing scaling up to 2.048MWh energy capacity and 1MW power. All modules are automatically synchronized via BMS/EMS, without the need for an external synchronizer. This ensures easy upgrade when more capacity is needed, without interruption of operation. It is suitable for sites with increasing energy needs – logistics centers, commercial buildings and microgrids. Security and smart management Kstar BC100DE features dual fire protection with automatic activation and 1 1 backup architecture. Built-in sensors monitor temperature, voltage and faults, offering high security. EMS/BMS system allows remote monitoring, cloud management and diagnostic support. The device is certified to international standards IEC62619, UN38.3, IEC61000 and others . This makes it reliable for critical power systems with high protection and stability requirements.
