Industrial battery Kstar BC215DE – 215kWh Industrial battery Kstar BC215DE – 215kWh is a complete energy system for large-scale electricity storage. It includes 12 LiFePO₄ modules, each with a capacity of 17.92kWh, providing a total capacity of 215kWh. The system is pre-assembled, built into an IP54 cabinet with air conditioning and C4 anti-corrosion protection, suitable for outdoor use. It operates at temperatures from –30°C to 50°C, making it a reliable choice for industrial and commercial sites. Kstar BC215DE supports communication with BMS and EMS, offering the possibility of parallel operation with up to 20 such units. The system is designed with a redundant 1 1 architecture and supports automatic switching between network and island mode via STS cabinet. This makes it suitable for both stand-alone and networked applications. KAC125D inverter – power and reliability in one Kstar BC215DE is combined only with KAC125D inverter, with a rated power of 125kW. This is a high-efficiency three-phase inverter, certified to work with this battery model. The inverter provides efficiency up to 99% and has all the necessary protections and intelligent functions. A configuration with two inverters is not supported, which ensures easier installation and lower maintenance costs. Safety and stability The model offers protection against overvoltage, overheating and short circuit. The built-in management system (BMS) monitors the battery status in real time and guarantees a long service life. The cabinet is resistant to dust, moisture and external influences, which ensures reliable operation even in harsh climatic conditions. Flexibility in industrial applications With a capacity of 215kWh and a power output of 125kW, the system is suitable for a range of industries – from manufacturing facilities to logistics and agricultural sites. It can be used both for solar energy storage and as a buffer during peak hours. Support for parallel configurations makes it extremely scalable. Intelligent management and integration Kstar BC215DE can be easily integrated with energy management and SCADA systems. Thanks to its intelligent controller and standard communication protocols, the battery provides full monitoring and remote control. This increases energy efficiency and facilitates real-time management of energy resources.
